Beni is a Research Associate with the Future of Finance Initiative at DVARA Research, Mumbai.
She is interested in the systemic implications of the growing embeddedness of non-financial entities in the financial ecosystem. She has a great experience working with the industry and policymakers on sectoral policies in the past. She will be presenting some of the interesting industrial research work on her talk.
Tinkering attitude towards Engineering Design
Ashutosh is a doctoral research scholar in the Inter-Disciplinary Program in Educational Technology at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
His research focuses on understating of the making process in the domain of engineering design from the lens of skills, strategies and behaviors. Guided by them, to design a making environment that enables the learning of such skills and processes. He will be presenting some of his current research work done in the domain of tinkering and learning.
Design Challenge in MECHATON 2019
Aisha is a final year M.Des. Interaction Design Student at IDC School of Design.
She participated in and won the global design challenge in MECHATON International Programme 2019 conducted at Israel. Aisha and her team had designed a product for the rehabilitation department, Soroka Medical Centre, Israel which was much appreciated by the jury and is being listed for further procedures to take it forward. She will be presenting the details of the design challenge in the spirit of her award-winning project.
